Our Team
Juri Poli
Passionate about cooking since he was a child, he decided to make his passion explode using the elements that nature offers us. He will create an elaborate cuisine, starting from tradition and enhancing its organoleptic qualities and raw materials, chosen directly from our territory. It is the love for nature and his native territory that lead him to create dynamic dishes rich in personal and cultural stories
Nico Poli
Nico, passionate about entrepreneurship and relationships, will build a team of young and dynamic people, who will grow with the business itself in a modern climate that focuses on the individual and their personal and professional growth. He will also manage the entire natural park where the project is developed.
Eva Poli
Passionate about travel and marketing, with a love for languages and personal well-being. She combines these passions to raise awareness of the project and Calci, undertaking foreign collaborations and also developing activities to help people reconnect with nature, themselves and good food.
